About Arvin
and Our District-
Arvin is located 18 miles southeast of Bakersfield in the
central valley of California. Our district has a growing population of
over 3200 students. We have three K-6th grade elementary schools and one
middle school grades 7th-8th. We also have a preschool and a family

Our
District's Mission-
The mission of the Arvin Union School District in partnership
with parents and community is to provide each student the opportunity to
develop intellectually, emotionally, physically, and socially. Through
this process all students may become responsible and contributing
members of society.
