On motion of Mrs. Tarver, second by Mr. Sanchez, the board unanimously approved the minutes of the April 20, 2004 Financing Corporation Meeting.	Minutes

On motion of Mrs. Tarver, seconded by Mr. Sanchez, the board unanimously approved the following Financial Reports: 1996 - $3,270.000 Bonds – year ending November 1, 2004. Principal Payment $220,000 Interest Payment $125,455 Debt Service Total $345,455 Totals – May 1, 1996 to November 1, 2004 Principal Payment Interest Payment Debt Service Total $1,225,000 $1,282,942.50 $2,507,942.50 1996 - $1,080,000 Bonds – year ending November 1, 2004 Principal Payment $55,000.00 Interest Payment $48,032.50 Deb Service Total $103,032.50 Totals – May 1, 1996 to November 1, 2004 Principal Payment Interest Payment Debt Service Total $320,000 $504,825.00 $824,825.00	Financial Reports Financial Reports-continued
