Minutes of the Arvin Union School District Board of Trustees Emergency Meeting held on September 21, 2004.

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Tim Owens at 8:20 p.m.	Call to Order

Kavanagh, Assistant Superintendent Mrs. Georgia Rhett, Sierra Vista Vice Principal Mr. Gary High, Bear Mountain Vice Principal Mr. David Bowling, Haven Drive Vice Principal Mrs. Debbie L. Mr. Bergevin informed the board no changes were made to the agenda.	Adoption of Agenda

On motion of Mrs. Witte, seconded by Mr. Sumaya, the board unanimously approved to settle a claim from Spectrum Corporation to pay an invoice for the purchase and installation of the display sign at Haven Drive Middle School for a total of $26,508.03..	Spectrum Corp. Invoice

On motion of Mr. Sumaya, seconded by Mr. Stoner, the board unanimously adjourned the meeting at 8:18 p.m.	Adjournment
