Minutes of the Arvin Union School District Board of Trustees Special Meeting held on September 14, 2004.

 

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Tim Owens at 5:00 p.m.

Call to Order

Mr. Bergevin led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mr. Bergevin informed the board no changes were made to the agenda.  Mr. Bergevin introduced Ms. Durand, new ATA President, to the Board of Trustees.

Adoption of Agenda

 

 

On motion of Mr. Sumaya, seconded by Mrs. Tarver, the board unanimously approved the Unaudited Actuals Report as of June 30, 2004.

The Board went into closed session at 5:45 p.m.

Upon reconvening from closed session at 6:28 p.m. no action was taken.

Reconvened

 

 

On motion of Mr. Stoner, seconded by Mrs. Witte, the board unanimously adjourned the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
