Minutes of the Governing Board

Minutes of the Emergency Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Arvin Union School District held on January 30, 2006.

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Stoner at 6:35 p.m.	Call to Order

Members Present: Mr. Bill Stoner, President Mr. Tim Owens Mrs. Joycene Tarver, Clerk Mr. Fausto Sanchez	Roll Call

Members Absent: Mr. Angel Sumaya	Absent

Staff Present: Mr. Kenneth R. Bergevin, Superintendent Mrs. Debbie L. Hearron, District Secretary	Staff Present

Others Present: none	Others

Mr. Bergevin led the Pledge of Allegiance.	Pledge of Allegiance

Mr. Bergevin informed the Board there were changes to the agenda.	Adoption of Agenda

On motion of Mr. Owens, seconded by Mrs. Tarver, the board unanimously approved Resolution #17:2005/06 – Acquisition of Tax Defaulted Real Property for District Office and/or Migrant Center.	Resolution #17:2005/06 - Acquisition Of Tax Defaulted Real Property

On motion of Mr. Owens, seconded by Mrs. Tarver, the board unanimously adjourned the meeting at 6:42 p.m.	Adjournment
