Adoption of the Agenda |
|
The board went into closed session at 5:31 p.m. for conference with Legal Counsel on existing litigation regarding Seimens Lawsuit. Mr. Matthew Reynolds and Mrs. Joanna Darvish, Attorneys with Kring and Chung, representing Arvin Union School District, joined the board in closed session. The board returned to open session at 5:47 p.m. and the following report was given. Mrs. Kavanagh announced that no action was taken during closed session. On motion of Mr. Owens, seconded by Mrs. Tarver, the board unanimously adjourned the meeting at 5:47 p.m. |
