Minutes of the Arvin Union School District Board of Trustees Special Board Meeting held on December 6, 2011.

The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Rubio at 6:01 p.m.		Call to Order

Members Present: Mrs. Anabel Rubio, President Mr. William Stoner Mrs. Janie Arvizu, Clerk Mr. Tim Owens Mrs. Joycene Tarver Members Absent: None		Roll Call Members Absent

Staff Present: Dr. Michelle McLean, Superintendent Mrs. Kathie Kouklis, Assistant Superintendent Ms. Geneva K. Banks, Administrative Secretary Mrs. Ana Delgado, Community Liaison Mrs. Georgia Rhett, El Camino Real Principal		Staff Present

Mrs. Kouklis led the Pledge of Allegiance. The board adjourned to closed session at 6:02pm for discussion of Vice Principal selection at El Camino Real Elementary. Resumed to open session at 6:34pm. On motion of Mr. Stoner, seconded by Mr. Owens, the board unanimously approved Mrs. Emma Pereida-Martinez as the Vice Principal of El Camino Real Elementary. On motion of Mr. Owens, seconded by Mrs. Arvizu, the board unanimously adjourned the meeting at 6:35 p.m. Clerk Secretary		Pledge of Allegiance Closed Session/Vice Principal of ECR Resumed Open Session Vice Principal of El Camino Real Elementary Adjournment
